Take notice that on September 21, 2005, Midwestern Gas Transmission Company (Midwestern) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets to become effective September 1, 2005:

Midwestern states that this filing is being made to comply with the Commission's Letter Order dated September 6, 2005 regarding compliance with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's Order No. 587-S .

Any person desiring to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rule 211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). Protests to this filing will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
