The city and county of Honolulu in the State of Hawaii constitutes a disaster area as a result of heavy rains and flooding that occurred on October 30, 2004 on the island of Oahu. Applications for loans for physical damage as a result of this disaster may be filed until the close of business on January 18, 2005, and for economic injury until the close of business on August 16, 2005, at the address listed below or other locally announced locations: U.S. Small Business Administration, Disaster Area 4 Office, P.O.
