Take notice that on May 5, 2003, PGE Gas Transmission, Northwest Corporation (GTN) tendered for filing to be part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1-A, Twelfth Revised Sheet No. 15.
GTN states that this sheet is being filed to reflect the implementation of one new negotiated rate agreement. GTN requests that the Commission accept the proposed tariff sheet to be effective May 3, 2003.
GTN further states that a copy of this filing has been served on GTN's jurisdictional customers and interested state regulatory agencies.
Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's rules and regulations.
