SUMMARY:
This document requests comments on a petition filed by Katherine Pyeatt proposing the allotment of Channel 263C3 at Estelline, Texas, as that community's first local service. Channel 263C3 can be allotted to Estelline consistent with the minimum distance separation requirements of the Commission's Rules provided there is a site restriction 13.7 kilometers (8.5 miles) southwest of the community. The reference coordinates for Channel 263C3 at Estelline are 34-28-41 North Latitude and 100-33-42 West Longitude.

Comments must be filed on or before May 5, 2003, and reply comments on or before May 20, 2003.
