SUMMARY:
This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of North Carolina, (FEMA-1448-DR), dated December 12, 2002, and related determinations.
EFFECTIVE DATE:
January 8, 2003.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of North Carolina is hereby amended to include the following area among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of December 12, 2002:
Richmond County for Public Assistance.
