Take notice that on November 12, 2002, PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM) tendered for filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) an explanation regarding the justness and reasonableness of its tariff provision requiring the inclusion of certain interruptible loads in the calculation of the annual peak demand for purposes of billing network access charges.
