SUMMARY:
The NCUA is resubmitting the following information collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13, 44 U.S.C. Chapter 35). This information collection is published to obtain comments from the public.

Title: Report of Officials.
Description: 12 U.S.C. 1761-This statutory provision requires that a record of the names and addresses of the executive officers, members of the supervisory committee, credit committee, and loan officers shall be filed with the administration within 10 days of their election/appointment.
Respondents: All Federally Insured Credit Unions.
Estimated No. of Respondents/Record keepers: 9,900.
Estimated Burden Hours Per Response: 1 hour.
Frequency of Response: Annually.
