Take notice that on October 11, 2002, Wisvest-Connecticut, LLC (Wisvest) filed a Complaint and Request For Fast Track Processing against ISO New England, Inc. (ISO-NE) requesting that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (1) Clarify its orders concerning notification to ISO-NE of internal contracts to supply installed capacity (ICAP), (2) direct ISO-NE to credit ICAP to Bridgeport Energy, LLC (BridgeportEnergy) consistent with the terms of Wisvest's pre-existing contract with Bridgeport Energy, and (3) order the payment of refunds, as appropriate.
Any person desiring to be heard or to protest this filing should file with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214).
