Take notice that on May 1, 2001, Northeast Texas Electric Cooperative, Inc., Rusk County Electric Cooperative, Inc., Upshur-Rural Electric Cooperative, Inc. and Wood County Electric Cooperative, Inc. tendered for filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission), a Petition for a Declaratory Order in the above-captioned proceeding.
