SUMMARY:
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) isannouncing that a collection of information entitled"Environmental Impact Considerations" has been approved by theOffice of Management and Budget (OMB) under the PaperworkReduction Act of 1995.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
In the FederalRegister of March, 13, 2000 (65 FR 13405), the agencyannounced that the proposed information collection had beensubmitted to OMB for review and clearance under 44 U.S.C. 3507.An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is notrequired to respond to, a collection of information unless itdisplays a currently valid OMB control number. OMB has nowapproved the information collection and has assigned OMB controlnumber 0910-0322. The approval expires on August, 31, 2003. Acopy of the supporting statement for this information collectionis available on the Internet at http://www.fda.gov/ohrms/dockets.
