SUMMARY:
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) isannouncing that a collection of information entitled"Investigational Device Exemptions, Reports, and Records" hasbeen approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) underthe Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
In the FederalRegister of July 6, 2000 (65 FR 41676), the agency announcedthat the proposed information collection had been submitted toOMB for review and clearance under 44 U.S.C. 3507. An agencymay not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required torespond to, a collection of information unless it displays acurrently valid OMB control number. OMB has now approved theinformation collection and has assigned OMB control number0910-0078. The approval expires on August 31, 2003. A copy of thesupporting statement for this information collection is availableon the Internet at http://www.fda.gov/ohrms/dockets.
