Notice of availability.
SUMMARY:
The Department of the Army announces the general availability of exclusive, partially exclusive or non-exclusive licenses relative to a novel target technology as described in the U.S. Patent #5,669,608; Device for Locating the Position of Impact of a Projectile; issued 23 September 1997; Thomson, et al. Licenses shall comply with 35 U.S.C. 209 and 37 CFR 404.
